This year ISDI’s General Assembly & Regional meeting will take place on 20 March 2019 in Rome, Italy.

Programme & Schedule

We are delighted to welcome you at our annual regional meeting which takes place on Wednesday 20 March 2019 in the NH Collection Roma Centro hotel. ISDI will host a conference on issues affecting the specialized foods industry.
Our key note speaker will be Mr. Tom HEILANDT, Secretary of the Codex Alimentarius Commission.
Further speakers will be announced imminently but speakers will address partnerships to meet the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, industry’s self regulation mechanisms as well as how specialized nutrition helps combating malnutrition.
The program will start at 11.00 after our General Assembly and end with a cocktail reception at 18.00. There will be opportunities for interaction through coffee breaks, lunch and cocktail in order to nurture current relationships and build new ones.

Registration

Online Reservation Form

• Fees for registration: 200 USD per person. The conference fees will cover all logistic costs. It includes luncheon meals, breaks, cocktail receptions and water during the conference as well as materials distributed during the conference. It does not cover travelling, hotel accommodation and extra’s.

• Confirmation of Registration: a confirmation of registration will be sent to each registrant upon registration. The invoice will be sent to you separately by the ISDI Secretariat.  

• Payment: you have the possibility to pay by bank transfer. If you wish to make a company invoice for several attendees, please inform the ISDI Secretariat at secretariat@isdi.org

Venue & Room Reservation

All ISDI meetings will take place in the hotel NH Collection Roma Centro.

The following room rates have been negotiated by ISDI on the following dates:

18.03: 145,50 EUR

19.03: 135,87 EUR

20.03: 144,87 EUR

21.03: 144, 87 EUR

The above rates are per room, per night and include 10% VAT and breakfast. City tax is not included.

Deadline to book your room is 25 February 2019. After that date, the hotel will continue to accept reservations on a space availability basis at the best available rate.
