The 41st Session of the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) will be held from July 2nd to July 6th 2018 in Rome, Italy. The CAC is the body responsible for all matters regarding the implementation of the Joint FAO/WHO Food Standards Programme. It is the main decision-making body and coordinates input from 187 Member Countries and one Member Organization to develop and endorse the international food standards that comprise the Codex Alimentarius. ISDI, as a longstanding Codex observer organisation, will attend this meeting.
